Yes! My husbands boss just told everyone (who works commission, not hourly) if they are late at all they have to work the next 6 Saturdays. Like what?? If you’re gonna do all that then pay hourly, not commission!

Honestly I have no tolerance for that manager projection at any time of the year. It is the most uncomfortable passive aggressive and confusing feeling to have your boss randomly getting on you for a reason the likely has nothing to do with you

Now my boss is going to shadow my 1 on 1 with my supervisor and they want to make them 1 hour long mind you I have a 90 client case load so when am I supposed to work 😂😅

Worst part is my company does raises in January so the superiors feel this extra. I however feel 0 motivation from my $1000 raise… My manager sent out an email to be on time, I am most days if there isn’t an insane amount of traffic that doubles my commute. She also mentioned lunch breaks should only be 60 minutes. But I can’t go to the bathroom unless I ask so if I get back from lunch and haven’t used the bathroom then I have to ask to use it right after lunch which is inconvenient because someone has to cover my position. And yes this is a corporate job where I have to ask to use the restroom. I have a master’s degree and I’m 23 years old asking to use the restroom. And I only make $49k/yr. Yeah I hate it.
