Ive been walking 25k steps for the last month. I just started using the vest a week ago. It makes a world of a difference. I got an 18 lb. I do 4 miles at the track then I go do 1 mile on the treadmill with incline on 7, speed on 3. Total of 7 miles in the morning it’s a bit much but you will def lose weight!

I just have a hard time believing that 20 minutes and burning 100 calories really makes a big difference. My mind has been poisoned with too much info on calorie counting and it’s impossible for me to exercise and intuitively eat anymore 😣

I walk anywhere from 7 to 8 miles a shift with 22lbs of gear on and still struggle with weight loss.. yes I drink water, yes I eat right, yes I take vitamins and supplements for metabolism support (the last graph point is just getting started before anyone says anything about it) for some people walking isn’t enough. I have to do weight training too and balance it out. Scale numbers are not always accurate for how fit you are because 160lbs of muscle is not the same as 160lbs fat.
