@im.mikah: In order to do Muay Thai - you gotta get that cardio UP‼️🗣️ Here’s a workout circuit you could use as a warmup or as a workout to do at home if you don’t have access to the gym or any equipment! This is a great to get familiar with foot work and to get that heart rate up. Do each movement for 30 seconds with no breaks in between (Yes, each side for the checks and kicks!) Rest for 45seconds to 1 minute before starting the next circuit. Repeat 3x for a 25 minute workout ✨ As always listen to your body and take breaks in between if you can’t go the full way - one day you’ll get there! . . . #muaythai #muaythaifighter #muaythaigirls #cardio #fyp
