Go to the pharmacy, Get a shampoo (or body wash if available but it's rarer) containing Ketoconzole 2%, and apply it to your skin when showering and leave it for 5-10 minutes, 3 times a week for a start, in a month you should see great improvement. and apply a moisturizer to not get super dry skin
