For the cost I think these are good. The myprotein ones are BY FAR the best but these ones and the Aldi ones do the job. Gym kitchen best I’ve found for cost and taste but again if you want a cheap alternative to help lose weight. I didn’t mind the Lidl ones at all

If you look at the protein content of standard ready meals they’re basically the same. They do have some around the 40g mark in the chilled section that are ok though
