when it comes to things that need fixed once you get and are living in the home they will only come out and fix everything 1 time so don't have them come out right away take pictures of everything or write it down while you live in it for the first year while everything is settling into place then have them come out and fix all

I pull these homes and have for almost 30 years. im so sorry about this cause when we pull we stop so many times making sure that all the travel with them are at all possible best and yes there are things that were like something isn't right here but you know because after we pull from plant to sales lot then sold so then took to site and set up by set up transport things can happen its a lot of moving and setting after leaving the plant its so hard to determine what went wrong where and was it plant ,transport, or setting , But im a true and when I hear complaints about these things especially when someone has waited been so excited Blessed and love their home ,and then it starts falling to pieces it really bothers me if I could I would be at corporate with suggestion ways of saying can't you help these people with these issues, and believe me ive tried but reason I won't get into it never get to the main man I have a story to and its unbelievable. but im still out there im still praying God will lead me to the right one the right place and I get to tell but I guess that' has to be the Lords decision in timing,,, sorry I didn't mean to make it about me I hope you get all your problems with your home taking care of, I Do Respect Clayton very much and im very Thankful for my Job it just bothers me when I hear so many of these story's cause the better these homes and the maintenance they have the more the sale and the more my husband and I work, and many other's God Bless you in your Home

I’m so sorry y’all had to go through this ordeal. All I had to wait on was for the rain to stop so the ground would dry. It was only a few weeks and I about came unglued 🤪.

We just hired an attorney bought from Clayton homes in Beaufort South Carolina Our home is ruined from delivery and the purchase process was awful they told me I should realize what I purchases you get what you pay for

Ours is full of mold after 5yrs… now it has caused me 3 diaphragm ruptures bc of coughing, idk how many hospital stays… it is terrible… an inspector is coming tomorrow.. praying they do the right thing in our situation… now my children are sick… our retailer has now “lost “ our entire file & all info of anyone they sent to repair anything…

Honestly I’ve heard this experience from so many people now. Considered this for my first home and seeing all the difficult experiences from others since then I’m so glad it didn’t work out for us.
