As someone whoโs had skin removal after Weightloss my surgeon recommended I was at my target weight for a year if you are going to loose any further weight it will effect your results but all the best walking helps recovery massively ๐

Who are you going with? Iโve lost over 10st and want surgery and they wonโt do it till my bmi is 32 or under. Iโd look so ill if I lost that much weight to get there. Itโs soul destroying. I just want my arms doing at the moment. Rest can wait.
