Recruiter here - “Summary” is outdated and takes up too much space. If you have a BA/BS or higher, it goes at the top. Hyperlink your LinkedIn profile. If you have 10+ years of exp or 6+ jobs with relevant exp, your most recent 3-4 jobs should have all the details with the others in a separate section called “Early Career” with the company, the job title you had and length of time - frees up much needed space. ATS’ don’t delete resumes or applications nor just auto reject you because of a format issue. Recruiters can do a quick view in the ats to see your resume, and yes, depending on the formatting it may not show cleanly but they can definitely download your resume. Please don’t put your picture on your resume. Keep it clean and easy to read.

I have this exact format, experience in tech since 2018, since 2021 as a lead, hundreds of applications sent, 0 interviews, probably because Im trying to relocate from Eastern Europe and none of those “inclusive” companies want us.

Guys, ex recruiter here. You don’t *need* this template or any others. Just make it clean and easy to read. Tell us what we need to know on your resume and you’re significantly more likely to be called for an interview. Make it difficult? Sorry- no.
