THEY DON'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT SET UP. FIRST YOU HA E TO HAVE THE LAND TESTEX TO SEE IF IT WILL PERK. THEN YOU HAVE TO BUY A SRPTIC TANK AND PAY TO HA E IT PUT IN. you have to pay for axester tap if you want water. the. you have to pay a licensed ele trician to put in an electric meter. then you may have to pay for more electric poles to get electricity to your home. you have to have a driveway built and a loadd of gravel is very expensive. You may have to have some property bush logged so the electric compa y can get the poles up and running we ith electricity. then you need steps to get in and out or build a porch. they are not going to do any of this for you. you have to follow rules by CODES IN YOUR AREA. WATER DOESN'T RUN ON IT'S ON YOU HAVE TO GET A WATER TAP FOR WATER WHICH IS EXPE SI E. I KNOW I HAD TO DO ALL OF THIS IN 1997 TO MY NEW MANUFACTURED HOME. IF HE SAYS HE WILL FINANCE IT HAVE HIM WRITE DOWN THE PRICE OF EVERYTHING. SETUP DOESN'T INCLUDE AN ELE TRIC METER OR WATER TAP OR SEPTIC TANK. SETUP MEANS PORING THE FOOTINGS SO IT WILL STAND LEVEL ON THE GROUND. SO CALL UOUR LOCAL CONTRACTORS AND ASK HOW MUCH A SEPTIC TANK IS TO PUT IN. HOW MUCH TO PAY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN TO PUT UP AN ELECTRIC METER HOW MUCH IS A WATER TAP. HOW MA Y LOADS OF GRAVEL WILL YOU NEED FOR A DRIVEWAY ETC. DO YOUR HOMEWORK . DO UOU HAVE THE LAND? DO YOU HAVE STEPS TO GET IN AND OUT ?

What if i want to put it in my moms backyard which already has a house in it but has enough space to put my mobile home in the back? Would i still need to install all those things or would i he able to use my moms water +electricty? Like connect hers to mine obviously separate but you her tanks and etc
