My feelings exactly! I’m not scared that we’re going to crash or that we’re moving fast in the sky. I’m scared we’re all going to be stuck in this metal tube forever and/or all start vomiting simultaneously 😭

I've found that if I wear a hoodie with a really big hood + a baseball cap, it blocks my view from seeing anything or anyone else other than what's right in front of me which seems to help calm my mind. Flight anxiety and emetaphobia here too 😭

Over ear, noise cancelling headphones have been the most helpful for flight anxiety for me! I love blocking out all the noise

i don’t have flight anxiety but i do experience motion sickness and cabin fever. my doctor Rx’s me anti anxiety medication in small amts and i renew it every time i have a long trip coming up. very useful

Folklore and evermore got me through my last bad bout of motion sickness too — and bonine, motioneaze, half a bag of ginger chews, a ton of peppermints, cold air, ice water…literally everything.

Oh my god YES my anxiety lies with being trapped on a plane with people I don’t know!! I know the plane ain’t gonna fall out of the sky that’s the LEAST of my worries😭🤣

I get anxiety if someone throws up on a plane, the actual flying doesn’t bother me either. So your anxiety would set off my anxiety like a chain reaction. 😳
