I'm crying right now, because I've done EVERY.SINGLE.STEP all the way up to bulk fermentation - I completed my 4th s&f at 12:30pm and it was looking and behaving as it should. It's now 5:24, it's been bf-ing in 78° microwave, and it's still not pulling away from the bowl and it's not doming, but there's bubbles and it's super shiny/wet looking 😭

Come to binge videos bc after two stretch and Folds it feels sticky still. I think my house is too cold. I stuck it somewhere warm so hoping it acts right. 🤣🤣 I had the starter in a warming mat and when I mixed it, I took it off the mat. I think it's rebelling. 😂
