From the same team behind Lead & Grain next door, this spot focuses on high-hydration, long-fermented pizza dough made with Texas Barton Springs Mill flour—and you can taste the care in every bite. We started with the Caesar, meatballs, and burrata with focaccia (dangerously good), then tried two pizzas. The clear winner was The Not-Hawaiian—salami, pineapple infused hot honey. Dessert seemed basic until I took a bite of the pistachio gelato and it tasted like Dubai chocolate pistachio! Bonus points for one of the best patios around, plus a cozy interior and full bar with wine and cocktails.
