That’s a great recipe if you are just looking to lose weight, but carnivore is for inflammation, autoimmune, reverse diabetes. So if that’s your goal and not just weight loss you only have beef , eggs & bacon to start then add one food like cheese to your food to see if it causes inflammation , it’s an elimination process, so this is keto not carnivore.

Is anyone concerned about their kidneys with all the protein? I also have an autoimmune disease so I don’t know if it’s the protein affecting kidneys or the autoimmune disease. Has anyone been on carnivore for an extended period of time and had blood test for their kidneys done?
