Start your own company! Here same story as many in comments: severe adhd, never kept a job over a year. Quit corporate at 24, started freelancing at 25, developed to work as a small agency at 27, opened my own company at 30 - now 37, have 65 employees and on track to welcome half a million visitors this year. It isn’t an issue about you: it’s the format you don’t fit in. Create your own environment, so you can make the rules and work with people that do get you.

Sounds like ADHD hun. please get checked. I've managed people for years and I can see it in people now. I hate the overmedication of people but I've seen people completely change in their work after getting a diagnosis. its worth a shot

im struggling at 33. this is horrible. the job market is so bad. when I was a teen i could just walk into a place and get a job. now it takes months to find a job that will get rid of you whenever they want even though its illegal in my country

I really envy you for being brave and starting over, im 31 stuck in a job that I hate for 7 years but Im not brave enough to take a risk and quit. it pays well but Im seriously getting depressed by the invironment and but I got bills to pay as a woman too.. Its a sacrifice I chose I guess
