I fasted for 21 days, cut out things my body needed. hurt too, but I was delivered from my bad health. diabetes gone, high blood pressure gone, memory came back, most importantly I saw God when I was hurting the most, he pushed me to finish the last 3 day of only having water. my spirit grew stronger and closer to God.

I’ve taken my son to 9 professionals to get healing/answers. I finally fasted, became desperate banging on the doors of heaven for healing for my son. This was in October…I’m now seeing miracles in him!!

I just did my first biblical fast yesterday- it was so hard. I spent all day in the bathroom PRAYING for the things going on in our personal home…. I ended with a horrible migraine, and a sore throat. It was so hard but learning each time!

I did a 7 day fast of only water and black coffee. After the first 3 days, I lost the hunger sensation and it was easier. On the 8th day, I eased back into eating, only had broth and light foods. Cleaned my body and my spirit.
