@clairesawa: I get this question a lot, and some of them I eat, and some of them I destroy 🤭 Jellies are perishable and I make so many in a week that Philly and I can’t eat all of them! Some of my large jelly art creations that are for visual purposes only are not flavored, so they don’t taste like anything! Sometimes, I even melt down a creation and use the same gelatin for a new piece of jelly art. I wish I could make some of them last forever, but I also kind of like the idea that my jellies are not taking up space in this world forever and are temporary.
