I’m on day 5 of my scratch starter. I used a recipe from good housekeeping, it calls for 1 c whole wheat flour and 1/2 c water. It’s bubbly now, feeding it every 12 hours. Thinking maybe I can bake my 1st loaf tomorrow. My guy got me a beautiful Dutch oven for Xmas (just for his sourdough 🤣- I wanted it too though lol) I can’t wait to try it! 🤗 I’ll name it after the inspirational inauguration 😆🥰 Following you so we can be bread buddies haha, happy concocting! 🍻🥖
