I own an RHC and this never happens lol ever and if they have a specialist they tell them I can handle it 😂 send help

So far the specialist line up goes like this Cardiology Gastroenterology Pulmonology and Urology when I was a child not too bad at my age nothing too serious all conditions stable and only on three prescription medications after initial diagnosis when I was on several medications 💊 😀

Yah but the worst is not having a single note from their specialist 🥴 and a poor historian who apparently just shows up to their appointments and has zero clues to what the plan is….my biggest frustration in primary care not getting notes in patients I’ve referred….even worse when you have to up date all that info for an annual wellness 😫😫😫
