I would have this over toast. Also I have known it as egg goldenrod as well too. I have a cookbook that has a recipe for eggs goldenrod. A cheat recipe is cream of celery soup thinned a bit with milk and add your eggs to that instead of making a white sauce

you could also put bread in a muffin tin and bake it enough to brown then pour over that
