I’m gluten free & I’m deficient in all of those vitamins 💀 Literally just got tested because my hair was falling out really bad. I’ve been wanting to try milled but now I’m definitely going to!

could this work with oats as well to make oat flour? cuz my bf is allergic to wheat (coeliac) so we have to buy oat flour, but its impossible to find where I live and expensive to buy online. so making ourselves would be a great investment?

That’s really dependant on where you live. In Britain in the 1800s flour was highly adulterated with all kinds of things like chalk, alum etc. let’s not simplify things for “wholesome” content. Things were not blanket better previously.

I love the thought of milling my own flour. I have the mill and the wheat berries. But I get hung up on the recipes. None of the ones I’ve tried came out right. I know that there is a learning curve, but man, it’s steeper than I thought!
