Well, I have no choice. I stick with white meat because of food allergies. It’s the stupidest thing if I eat the dark meat I get sick if I eat white meat I’m OK. I don’t know if it’s the fat content or the tryptophan

I like thighs tbh. For cooking that’s what I buy most often. I know a lot of people like buffalo wings too, but I use drumsticks instead for them too.

Oh Billy it’s always dark meat for me or even biracial I just don’t like anything lighter than me, but in terms of food then chicken white meat is good especially in a tossed salad 😊

When I’m eating fried chicken, I want white meat….and one leg. When I make chicken fajitas, I use thigh meat because of the fats. Chicken and yellow rice, I use white meat. And any Asian food I cook, I use thigh meat.
