@formedinsilence: Plato warned what would happen to a perfectly moral man in a corrupt world. History watched it happen. #plato #stoicism #philosophy #clarity #jesus

Jacob McClure :

300 years before Jesus by the way.

.hesiodos :

Fun fact: he was talking about Socrates.

𐂛 𐌀ᏵᚱO 𐂛 :

Didn't even say "crucify" btw and didn't refer to Jesus most definetely

Hapax :

“Outside he was a man, Inside he was God.”

Christian :

Many ancient philosophers closely align with the truth which our Lord spoke.

It happened and still happens today even though we aren’t perfect, there are genuinely good people and they will still be persecuted for simply being honest. You will never satisfy everyone, only a few

stevenblanco75 :

SaintPeanutButter :

Because Humanity failed him, God’s love is undeserved but he still loved us.

Falandor :

we will never achieve heaven on earth until humanity take accountability of all the atrocities they did with the manipulate word of god and realize we always had free will but the bad people are keeping the good down

revelation :

It just shows that Plato is an incredibly intelligent man, with a great mind.
