I can’t say I exactly how u feel but I can say my father lives in other state and is barely around so ik how it feels to want to be confronted and I’m sorry that ur going through that and I can’t say it will get better it never does but u can write letters even if u never send them because at least u wrote them

Never knew my mom and was adopted at birth bc my real dad didn’t know I was born until I was 5 started going over there to realize he was a terrible parent and he abused me mentally before I stopped seeing him at 11 and stayed full time with my single adoptive mother
