I try to swim in pools but like I understand the motions you use like moving your arms and legs and such its just im scared of getting water in my ears and nose because than I panic and feel like im drowning and also im scared to like let my feet off the bottom because than I start sinking and going under so than I place my feet back down quick so that I dont

For me, it’s going under water and water getting in my eyes. My eyes are very sensitive, even plain water makes my eyes burn so that’s why I don’t like going under water
