what most don't realize is that evrn if the owner dont care that it gets used as a trail if the hikers gets hurt on there property they can sue the landowner

I deliver out in the country all the time and maps sometimes tries to take me thru someone's property and as soon as I realize what's happening I simply reroute. I cannot imagine spending any time questioning it, it's SOMEONE'S HOME!!
