idk if you get anxious a lot but this can be a thing with anxiety too getting itchy/hives but i second the girl saying to look at dif detergents too lol

heal the gut. remove inflammatory food. use oregano oil to kill the bad bacteria along with a binder like activated charcoal. rebuild the gut with l glutamine. then use probiotic to repopulate the good bacteria.
