First of all check and see if you’re not in four-wheel-drive make sure you’re in 2 Wheel Dr. and check your round your tires maybe be off fender or something or inner fender drop down. Those are good. Check your tires. We got muddying tires or wider tires sometimes they’ll do that. Yes, I own a jeep too.

If it’s all wheel drive, that’s normal.

No, you don’t need a man you just need YouTube or TikTok. Your tires are too wide and aren’t clearing the tire well. Meaning they’re rubbing against your fender. You may need a body lift. Take it to whatever local tire shop you have they’ll let you know.

Could be the power steering, it may be low in fluid.

Most likely in 4wd part time. If roads are wet it’s not as bad. Mine will do it also.

It’s stuck in 4x4. Make sure the lever is in 2 wheel drive and place the gear in reverse. Drive backwards turning hard left and hard right for about 10-15 feet. Problem solved.

Could be something as small as plastic rubbing or could be as bad as bearings or axle. Probably not your axle though that’s more of a knocking noise.

Is there a lift on it? Do you have oversized tires on it? If so, the tires are probably rubbing on the inner fender liner. If that is not it then maybe the tires are very aggressive, and that is the tread against the ground.

Is it a grinding or running sound. If it’s a rubbing sound it may be you tires rubbing against the inside of your fenders. If grinding you may need a new hub/bearings.

2. If you have a selector, you could have it in 4wd which makes turning kinda weird in concrete. Try switching into 2wd and then reverse a few feet. If you don’t have a selector, it could be stuck in 4wd.

1. If you put on larger tires they are probably rubbing the wheel well.

if you have bigger tires and wheels than what came on the jeep, they may rub when turning really tight. you can look in the front fender wells, behind the tires, for rub marks to confirm.
