People saying they could’ve done better over a video. He grabbed the scissors the moment his mother left him alone. He was tased three times and still did not stop. What if he had attacked his mother or his brother? What if his intention was to confront the police once they arrived? In situations like this, you never truly know the person’s plan, and officers often have only seconds to make a decision. If any of those scenarios had happened, people would now be saying that the police had plenty of time to act.

The brother was fed up that doesn’t meant he want his brother to die, they could have handled it differently, the other officer could have tase him instead of shooting him, if not what happened to shooting him in the legs ?
