technically she messed up by allowing them to search the car, however she said she could search the car, not the items inside her car, huge mistake in a court case, anything they found in her purse is inadmissable due to the fact they didn't have permission nor a warrant

For all the people saying this is illegal. Unfortunately this is a completely legal search. The police asked and she said yes, if she said no it would have been left there. Her saying yes waived her 4th amendment right. Police don’t need probable cause or a warrant to ask for a search, just to perform an involuntary one.
