This happened in the Vallejo, CA area about 5 years ago. The charges were dismissed, the officer was reprimanded and the citizen got a small settlement for his trouble.

And this why we shouldn't have Entire Enforcement agency like ICE being able to Profile and Arrest without provocation or warrants. It sets the precedence to do the same in others.. Yes I know some cop have been doing this before... but as I said..have an entire agency ALLOWED BY A PRESIDENT to do this opens it up for Wide spread acceptance of this...🤔😡😡😡👍

if memory serves right. this was in Dan Diego CA. close to the George Floyd protests. I forget the outcome

Law suits need to be taken from the offenders accounts or pension. Not the law abiding citizens.
