this is why that law should not be. the cop has pure discretion to say he saw it. only way to prove you didn't is have a dash cam. so unless you have video of you not doing it, if the cop lies in court you have no way to fight it. he has no proof you did it other than him saying he saw it. so he can pick and choose whoever he wants to charge with it, regardless if you did it or not.
