Massive menu means most or all is premade or packaged. No way a restaurant can execute a 4-5 page menu without it effecting quality.

Our favorite restaurant is 100% omakase. Our second favorite food spot only has 1 set menu per day, no substitutions. Give me a restaurant with zero menu & a chef I trust to cook whatever they think tastes best with today’s ingredients.

I agree 100% on the cleaner use to close to my food. since covid the amount of disinfectant sprayed around me as I'm trying to eat infuriates me!!
