I'm sorry, but children should not be forced to go with a parent or to go with anyone. I am from a divorced family and I was never forced to go with my father if I didn't want to. And I am divorced as well and I never forced my son to go see his father. This girl is 14 years old. She should have a choice.

that dad said the daughter has never did this so of course its a red flag to him.and good for him for wanting to make sure his daughter is ok and asking questions and asking his daughter if shes ok and not afraid.if this isnt in the daughters character to do this then somethibg could be happening.and good job dad for telling that female cop what u did.that female cop needs more training or to be fired,that was a very innappropriate comment to say to dad and especially in front of the daughter.

So my question is, why did the daughter get yelled at to get her phone taken away? Is that why she was wanting to go with her dad because she no longer has a phone. The police cannot make you go with the other parents because it is a civil matter. All it can be done is documents by Texas law. I don’t know how it works where they’re at.
