yep！ In US ,monthly paying $600 out of my paychekc for family insurance, and this inhaler cost me $180 after insurance. And I have to buy two for my kids. And the inhaler tube for kids cost $70 (plastic Philip brand)

There are different types of inhalers, google is free. I am in Canada, and my main inhaler is $120 without insurance. The one I use is Symbicort, there are more expensive ones out there.

Just to be precise, Ventoline doesn't have steroids inside, and Ventoline shouldn't be used regularly because it has so much side effects, but still, 539 dollars would get you exactly 54 of the most expensive inhaler in my country (Symbicort)
