My Oma ate like this for lunch but she was Americanized and ate a full dinner with us. That woman loved her cheese, whole grain crackers n breads, and never met a fruit or veggie she didn't like! She passed in Sept. '25 at 95 years old. She shall be very missed 🥺🥰

we have similar sayings in Chinese. 早饭要吃好，午饭要吃饱，晚饭要吃少。Breakfast must been eaten nutritiously, lunch be eaten fully/fillingly, and dinner be eaten less(small meals).
