overlay or nexgen(dip powder) will do wonders for your natural nails.

I stopped getting acrylics too. Cuticle oil, biotin or collagen will help. I found Vaseline's Healthy Hand and Nail lotion helped tremendously when mine where still weak like this. Also, bag balm on them in the winter helps. I wear gloves for cleaning and dishes now too. Good luck!
