I was using a TONNE of herbs in my spells in the beginning, and I found that when I scaled them right back and just used a couple of the heavy hitters, things started working a lot better. I also find the best times for me to do spells are like, pre drinks 😂 little dance party while I’m doing my glamours!

You’re absolutely right!! I use my emotional energy. I don’t need herbs or objects. I have never used anything other than my mind and energy. Maybe the objects and herbs will help make it stronger. But I say my spells when I’m full of emotion. I speak out loud and it works . I trust the process it takes time but it always works. I just need to get better at the details .
