Palestinian olive oil is really good. It has a slight picante/peppery taste to it. In my opinion it tastes really good as a finishing oil, not a cooking oil. Like dipping bread in it, or on salads.

My aunt gave me olive oil her family made with olives they grew in Palestine and it’s legitimately the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted!
