important context: it's illegal (not to mention immoral) for officers to fire at a vehicle just for fleeing. I'm begging you all to understand that this officer in no way feared for his life or public safety. why do we keep bending over backwards to find a logical reason for this violence?

Legal observer isn’t how I’d put it. I agree the agent should have never put himself in that position in front of the car. However, obstructing ice officers is also not a great idea.

oh stop it. she was obstructing trying to block them in. they approached told her to get out of the vehicle numerous times and she took off hitting a federal agent which then he shot her. he didnt even pull his weapon UNTIL she hit him.
