Not as clear as you think. Look up officer created jeopardy cases. Officer made bad tactical decision to approach vehicle from the front for that situation and put himself at risk. Also goes against training. Totality of circumstances is also considered.

@policelawnews even if justified the officer shouldn’t have fired with people behind the vehicle he shoots right in their direction and he stood in front of the vehicle I’m not saying she was innocent but this also seems like poor training to me he put more people in danger shooting at her and shouldn’t have been in front of the vehicle in the first place

People have to take emotion out of making informed decisions. If liberals hadn’t radicalized their base to think it’s ok to assault and fight with law enforcement we wouldn’t be at this point. I love protesting, but these violent liberals need to stop
