I have a set of studs to slide the cap over, then drive the cup in, its always lined up that way, no danger in breaking the plate off the cup trying to beat it in place.

Mikey, there not screws there bolts and your turning the boolts counter clock wise why ,when you turn those bolts ,you turn them clock wise .

I SWEAR……. NOBODY has ever lined up the grease fittings on any of my rear driveshafts…. WHICH since 90% of the time I’m crawling under there on a rock driveway to grease it…I cuss a bunch
