is this an allergic reaction? the tattoo is healed now it was done last year, second skin was on for 2 days, took under warm water and patted dry with a paper towel

I am! Found out afterwards, my skin flared up and it’s slowly got worse and stayed red for about a week before clearing up. Caused my eczema to flare up and scab my tattoo instead of just flaking. This was 24 hours after the tattoo, I had just removed it, it was completely filled in red by the end of the day.

my moms only allergic to second skin on her arm. she found that out the hard way. (she's used it before on her legs which was fine) I had just tattooed her and she decided to put some second skin on and broke out all around the tattoo
