Layer the provolone cheese over the rolls, then evenly spread the shredded pot roast on top. 8. Place the tops of the rolls back on. Brush with melted butter. 9. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden. 10. Let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
