We had them charge us for damage that we didn’t cause it was a small scratch under the car almost $280 and no proof of the area before our rental. Don’t rent from them!

They always upgrade, I always reserve a basic econo and have always been upgraded to some nice whips and no member to any car rental.

tbh going with a “cheap” rental agency was your first mistake. Make an account with a major/national agency: Avis/Budget/Enterprise etc. Download their app. These days you can skip the desk and go straight to the car. It’s worth the extra $50 or however much the price difference
