My only request was that I wanted to meet everyone on my in laws guest list before my wedding day, so no one would be a stranger. Can’t meet in person? A phone call to say hello would suffice. Apparently I was out of line for suggesting such a thing 🤷♀️

I was bothered by my mom doing this but she is paying for the entire wedding so I gave her 1/4 of the guest list. At the end of the day she just wanted her friends to see her grown baby get married.
