I started learning about vanilla beans and everything you can make with them. Just started with one small container, now i have like 12 gallons brewing and people begging for bottles of it. I need to perfect paste as well.

I also use the paste when I want the beans flecks to be visible, so like a thick cream cheese icing or a light-colored batter.
