I had both knees replaced and wear compressed sleeves everyday for the support they provide and decreasing pain. I also use lidoderm pain patches from Amazon under the sleeve most days after surgery when the incision healed completely. I also would put ice packs inside the sleeves after surgery. I still wear the compression sleeves daily and use heating pad over knees sitting during winter months to relieve stiffness.💯
