I’ve never had good luck with Moons since its original location on Bannock…many, many years ago. My favorite breakfast spot is The Griddle on Parkcenter and the best “greasy spoon” breakfast is The Capri.

So idk if you’ve been to Bacon in Boise but they also serve beignets and I personally think they are better than Moons! Bacon’s are smaller but not as over cooked as Moons. Moons are too browned for my tasting. You should try!

Good but their price point is a bit high. I understand given their location and remodel etc. i think they would be packed non-stop if they could figure out a way to bring prices down a little.
