@jaycyj.pov: So I checked out Xi An Cuisine today. This is located at the Richmond Public Market. I really think I’m addicted to this dish. This is their hand pulled noodles with spicy sauce and braised pork. I don’t know how else to put it but this is absolutely delicious! The hand pulled noodles are the perfect texture and are pulled to order. The braised pork is soft, rich and amazing. The spicy sauce has an incredible flavor and the heat can be adjusted to your liking. The dish was 16 dollars but could easily be shared between two people as it is a huge bowl of food. The Richmond Public Market has a highly competitive food court but this is definitely top 3 in my opinion! Please make sure you check it out, I really recommend to!
