Last December they stopped me on the road while driving with my dogs(boerboel). After after inspection and found out am clean, they then said they are arresting the dogs because they were not wearing mouth guard. It’s either I pay ¢200 or park there take another car and go get mouth guard before I would be allowed to go with them. I got angry and then chained the dogs to were they were sitting and asked them to take them to the police station since dogs can now be arrested. This happened at brewa - nyamoransah road.
